Tonali agent: Italy produce talent, record fee justified

Sandro Tonali's agent says Tottenham had a very clear idea of the Italian midfielder when they made him their record signing. The agent also pointed to Ahanor's move to Chelsea as proof that Italy still produce real talent. Tonali, the agent argues, deserved the fee Spurs paid.
