Mikel Arteta agrees new Arsenal deal running to 2030

Mikel Arteta has agreed a long term extension with Arsenal. The new deal runs until 2030 and comes with a sizeable pay rise on the roughly 10m a year he currently earns. His existing contract was due to run out at the end of the season. The club has tied him down after a strong campaign last season, and the improved terms reflect that. Arteta has been in charge since 2019.
