Kylian Mbappe has spoken about Liverpool's attempts to sign him, saying his mother "fell in love" with Anfield. He said she was keen for him to make the move before he chose to join PSG instead. Mbappe did not say when the interest happened or how far talks went. The forward is now at Real Madrid.
