Man City agree deal to sign Fernandez from Chelsea

Manchester City have agreed a deal with Chelsea to sign Enzo Fernandez for £125m. Sky Sports reports the fee matches a Premier League record. The Argentine midfielder moves from Stamford Bridge to the Etihad in a deal that gives City a marquee addition in midfield.
