Everton and Palace agree McNeil-Johnson swap deal

Everton and Crystal Palace have agreed a swap deal that will send Dwight McNeil to the Eagles and Brennan Johnson to the Toffees. McNeil, the Everton winger, heads to Selhurst Park.
