Tottenham agree €87m fee with Man City for winger Savinho

Tottenham have agreed an initial €87m fee with Manchester City for winger Savinho. The deal could rise to almost €100m, according to The 42, as part of what is being called a sensational double swoop. Savinho has impressed since joining City, and Spurs are moving quickly to bring him to north London. No details on the second signing have been confirmed yet.
