Rangers land striker Kelsy and winger Bouanani

Rangers have confirmed two new arrivals. Venezuela striker Kevin Kelsy joins from Portland Timbers on a permanent deal, while Algeria winger Badredine Bouanani comes in on loan from Stuttgart. Both add attacking options as the club looks to strengthen in the winter window. Kelsy had been with the MLS side, and Bouanani has been part of the Stuttgart setup. Rangers have not revealed fees or the length of either deal.
