Iraola frustrated by delay over triple substitution

Andoni Iraola has criticised the fourth official after his Liverpool side were held to a draw by Nottingham Forest. The boss said he was angry about being blocked from making a triple substitution sooner. "A fourth official cannot take that long over a sub," he told BBC Sport. Iraola felt the delay cost his side momentum in a game they were pushing to win late on. Forest defended well to hold on for a point at Anfield.
