Parma make David Romero signing official from Tigre

Parma have officially completed the signing of Argentine striker David Romero from Tigre. The Serie A club paid €7m plus bonuses for the forward. Romero heads to Italy as a fresh addition to the Parma attack. The deal brings a promising South American talent into the Italian top flight.
