Belgian Pocognoli confirmed as Scotland boss

Sebastien Pocognoli has been confirmed as Scotland's new manager. The Belgian, formerly head coach at Monaco, was named by the Scottish FA as their prime candidate to replace Steve Clarke. Pocognoli is less of a household name to most Scottish fans. A former left-back who played for Standard Liege and West Brom, he has built his coaching career in continental Europe. Now he takes charge of a national side looking for fresh direction after Clarke's exit.
