Richard Hughes confirmed as Al-Hilal sporting director after Liverpool exit

Richard Hughes has been appointed sporting director of Al-Hilal, the Saudi Pro League club confirmed on Sunday. He follows his two-year spell at Liverpool, leaving Anfield for Riyadh. Al-Hilal's squad already includes Martinelli, Summerville and Watkins, and Hughes now takes charge of recruitment at the club.
