Fenerbahce coach Ismail Kartal absent from training after resignation

Ismail Kartal did not turn up for training after announcing he was quitting as Fenerbahce coach. He made the call following the 1-1 draw with Roma. Club president Aziz Yildirim says Kartal is still in the job and has not accepted the resignation. So the club and its coach are at odds, with no clear answer on who is actually in charge of the team right now.
