Disasi joins Crystal Palace on loan from Chelsea

Crystal Palace have signed Axel Disasi on loan from Chelsea. Sky Sports confirmed the move on deadline day. The defender heads across London for the rest of the season after falling down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge. He gives Palace extra cover at the back as they push through the second half of the campaign.
