Chelsea chairman Todd Boehly and director Mark Walter have agreed to sell their 25 per cent stake in the club to majority shareholders Clearlake Capital. The deal values Chelsea at 5 billion pounds. Boehly and Walter were part of the ownership group that took over at Stamford Bridge in 2022. Clearlake already held the larger share of the club, and the sale hands it full control. Nothing on the timing of the completed sale yet.
