Man Utd agree £70m fee for Brighton's Baleba

Manchester United have agreed a fee of up to £70m for Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba. The deal covers performance-related add-ons that take the total to that figure. United have been chasing midfield reinforcements and Baleba has been on their radar. The 21-year-old Cameroon international has impressed since joining Brighton from Lille. Personal terms are still to be finalised before the move can go through. Brighton signed Baleba in 2023 and he has become a regular in their side.
