Atlético Madrid agree £34.1m deal for Tottenham's Cristian Romero

Tottenham have agreed a deal with Atlético Madrid for the sale of captain Cristian Romero. The centre-back is closing on a move to La Liga for £34.1m. Romero got the green light from the club and manager Roberto De Zerbi to depart. The Argentine leaves after leading Spurs' defence, with the move now set to go through pending formalities.
