Liam Delap completes £45m Nottingham Forest move from Chelsea

Nottingham Forest have sealed a club-record £45m deal for Chelsea striker Liam Delap. The 23-year-old has signed a five-year contract at the City Ground, his third club in three seasons. Delap was frozen out at Chelsea but scored two goals after joining for £30m. He said he "can't wait" to get going at Forest, who have now spent big to strengthen their attack. This is the biggest transfer fee the club has ever committed to a player.
