Hamilton hopeful as Ferrari confirm Italian GP engine upgrade

Lewis Hamilton hopes Ferrari have enough to fight for the win at their home Italian Grand Prix. The team will introduce an engine upgrade for both drivers that weekend at Monza. Hamilton says he wants to be in the mix in front of the Tifosi. Ferrari are chasing a strong result on home soil.
