Rangers agree fee for Venezuela striker Kelsy

Rangers have agreed a fee for their key striker target, the Venezuela forward Kelsy. The move takes them a step closer to landing the player they have been chasing. Elsewhere in Scotland, Celtic face competition for a Torino midfielder. Neither deal is fully done yet, but the Rangers one is reportedly close.
