Done deal: Romero joins Parma in €7m move from Tigre

David Romero is set to join Parma. The Tigre striker is already flying out to Italy and will undergo his medical with the Serie A club. The two sides have agreed a deal worth around €7m. Romero will give Parma another option up front as they push on this season.
