Mateta contract row leaves Crystal Palace with transfer call

Jean-Philippe Mateta wants a longer contract at Crystal Palace, and the dispute has put the club in a spot. Palace now have a decision to make on the striker before the transfer window shuts. There is no sign yet of a resolution, and the longer this drags on, the more questions there are over his future at Selhurst Park. Nothing has been decided as things stand.
