Boulter out at US Open as Jones joins Dart in round two

Katie Boulter is out of the US Open. Karolina Muchova beat her in straight sets in under an hour at Flushing Meadows, a punishing defeat for the British number one. Muchova took control early and never let go. Boulter had no answer. Elsewhere, there was better news for Britain. Jones followed Dart into the second round, giving the country two players still alive in the women's draw at the Open.
