Arteta close to new Arsenal deal as current contract runs down

Mikel Arteta is close to signing a new Arsenal contract. His current deal runs out in June, so the club want it sorted. The Mirror reports he is also interested in one other move, though it does not say what that is. Arteta took charge in December 2019 and has rebuilt the squad since, with Arsenal back challenging near the top of the Premier League. Nothing is signed yet.
