Sunderland sign Tottenham defender Danso on loan

Sunderland have brought in Austria defender Kevin Danso on loan from Tottenham. The deal runs until the end of the season. Danso joins the Championship side as they push for promotion. He moves to the Stadium of Light after a short spell in north London.
