Man United in talks for Baleba, Al Hilal eye Watkins, Villa land £47m double

Manchester United have opened advanced talks for Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba. No fee has been agreed yet. Al Hilal are preparing an improved bid for Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins after their first offer fell short. Villa have the England forward under contract.
