Carragher doubts Man Utd title chances and names missed target

Jamie Carragher reckons Manchester United won't win the Premier League title this season. He also named the player they should have signed instead. United finished third under Michael Carrick last season and hope to push on. But Carragher isn't convinced they have what it takes to go all the way at the top of English football.
